Administration File Failed to Load

The E911Administration.config file referenced in this error will be located on a server machine and will point to the shared templates that all dispatchers reference when starting AccuGlobe. If there are permissions in place preventing AccuGlobe from referencing the Administration file, you will experience this error.


A good way to test your permissions is to browse to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\DDTI\AccuGlobe 2007\Extensions\E911 Extension 

Open The configdir.ini file and try to browse to the location in the file. If you are able to browse to the location of the E911Administration file, there is another problem and you should open a ticket with DDTi Support. If you cannot access the location, there is a permissions issue that will need to be corrected by your IT department.
