I Restarted My Server and Calls are not Mapping

If calls are not mapping after a server reboot, you will want to check Accuglobe to see if the application is connected to the DDTi E9-1-1 Server.

There are many reasons why the client application may not be able to connect to the server, but after a reboot the most likely reason is that a new licence code needs to be applied to the server. Please contact DDTi support so they can provide you with one.
